Denise Bellas is a fifth generation San Franciscan, instilled with a family tradition of design and construction. She has nearly two decades of experience working with the design community on projects ranging from medical, higher education, high tech, and other related industries. In 2004 Denise was accredited with her LEED AP BD & C and has a passion for sustainable issues surrounding resource impact and product health/risk standards in manufacturing. To date, she has educated over 8,000 architects on sustainable issues regarding product material selection and the building industry.
In her spare time, Denise enjoys being with her family and is a longtime nature enthusiast. Some of her favorite memories have been climbing Half Dome in Yosemite National Park, free-diving the Sea of Cortez with her son and kayaking down the American River.
Denise supports Central and Northern Sacramento County.
